How to Tether Your G1

kek | February 16, 2009

You will need the following things: your G1, Android SDK, USB cable, Firefox and Tetherbot.  Follow the instructions in the link to the Tetherbot app.  Gizmodo also has easy step-by-step instructions here.  It only works with Firefox, but I have confirmed it works with my desktop.  The tethering works through a proxy, so if you want to have other programs use your G1 internet connection, you’ll have to configure the programs to connect via proxy.
